Payments

The Payments page at /studio/payments shows the payment entries for your creator profile. This is where you check which payments are paid, open, or failed.

What The Page Shows

Area	Meaning
Overview	Total amount, amount in the selected period, open payments, and Stripe mode.
History	Table with the latest payment entries.
Filters	Status, method, interval, and period.
Search	Searches for supporter, amount, status, message, goal, or fee coverage.
Export	Export what you see: exports the currently visible selection.

Displayed Columns

Column	Meaning
Supporter / date	Supporter name, timestamp, and message.
Target	General support or assigned goal.
Method	Payment provider, currently for example Stripe. In test mode, `(test)` is shown as well.
Amount	Base amount the viewer wanted to support with.
Stripe Fee	Real Stripe fee once Stripe provides the final value. Until then, it shows `Open`.
Platform	KALYIX platform fee.
Final	Final amount received by the creator once the real value is available.
Status	`paid`, `pending`, or `failed`.
Fees	Whether the viewer covered fees. If fee coverage is active, the paid total amount is also shown.

Filters And Search

Element	Meaning
Status	Filters by `paid`, `pending`, and `failed`. Multiple selection is possible.
Method	Filters by payment provider, for example Stripe or PayPal.
Interval	Filters by `one_time` or `monthly`.
Period	Filters by total, year, or month.
Search	Searches within the visible payment data.
Export	Exports exactly the current visible selection from filters, period, and search.

Export

Export what you see: the export uses the current visible selection from period, status, method, interval, and search.

If you filter only paid in the current month, you export exactly that view. If you search for a supporter first, only that result list is included in the export.

Short View In Studio

The Studio short view only shows the most important latest payments and whether the viewer covered fees. The full table is available under Studio Payments.
