This page collects common labels and errors around payments, checkout confirmation, and the payments table.

Payments Labels

Label	Meaning	What to check
`Open` for Stripe Fee or Final	Stripe has not delivered a final fee value yet, or the payment has not been fully processed.	Check the status and open the page again after a short time. For `paid`, the real value counts once Stripe provides it.
`pending` stays visible	Checkout was prepared, but payment was not completed or not finally confirmed yet.	Check whether the viewer completed checkout.
`failed`	The payment was canceled, failed, or could not be completed.	The viewer can start checkout again.
No results	Filters or search exclude all rows.	Reset filters or clear the search field.
Payment missing after checkout	Stripe webhooks or final confirmation have not arrived yet.	Check again after a short time. If it remains missing, compare Stripe Dashboard and checkout status.

Export

Label	Meaning	What to check
Export contains fewer rows than expected	Export uses the current view.	Check period, status, method, interval, and search.
Export only contains one search result set	The search field was active during export.	Clear search and export again.
Export only contains one status	A status filter was active.	Set status to `all` or select the desired statuses.

Checkout Errors

Error / label	Meaning	What to do
`Checkout could not be started`	The payment intent or Stripe session could not be created.	Check amount and connection, then try again.
`Embedded Checkout could not be started`	Stripe could not prepare the embedded checkout field.	Prepare checkout again. If it remains, check the Stripe connection.
`Payment could not be confirmed.`	Stripe rejected or canceled confirmation.	Check payment details and try again.
Stripe keeps loading	The Stripe element could not finish loading.	Close checkout, open it again, and prepare it again.
Stripe disappears after a change	Amount, method, or fee coverage was changed.	Click `Prepare payment` again.
Payment stays `pending` afterward	Stripe has not finally confirmed yet.	Check the Payments page again after a short time.
Payment is `failed`	Payment was not completed.	The viewer starts checkout again.
