Tip Page
| Problem | Check |

| Public page shows an old version | Save in the Page Editor and reload the public page. |
| Footer links are missing | Check whether the links are set in Settings. |
| Checkout looks incomplete | Check payment method and amount, then prepare payment. |
Alerts
| Problem | Check |
|---|---|
| Test Send shows nothing | Check queue, reload overlay URL in OBS, check alert rule. |
| Wrong template is shown | Check which template is selected in the rule. |
| Alert gets stuck | Clear queue and trigger Test Send again. |
| Overlay shows content without an alert | Reload overlay and check whether an alert is still active. |
Payments
| Problem | Check |
|---|---|
| Payment is missing from the list | Wait briefly and reload the Payments page. |
| Status stays pending | The payment may not be completed or confirmed yet. |
| Fees differ from the estimate | Final fees can differ depending on payment type, card, or currency. |
OBS

| OBS shows nothing | Check the full overlay URL and reload the browser source. |
| Alert is cropped | Match browser source size to the stream canvas. |
| Alert is positioned incorrectly | Check the template in the Alert Editor. |
